The distance between Manali and Leh is 478 kilometres (297 miles), which should be covered in two days. The fastest way to get to Ranthambore National Park from Jaipur is through NH52 and NH552. You can eat at one of the many dhabas along the road. Take the Jaipur-Kota highway until you reach Kothun. Take a left towards Lalsot, continue until you reach Lalsot, and then turn right for Ranthambore. The roads are generally good, with a 20-25 km stretch of terrible road in between. It takes about 3 hours to get there. The greatest time to visit Ranthambore for animal viewing is from April to June, right before the rains arrive.

7. Manali to Spiti Valley

Digha can be reached in four hours from Kolkata by NH16 and NH116B, and there are numerous dhabas along the road to keep you fueled.
