Aries(March 21- April 20):

Eight of cups is a card of letting go and moving on. Although the retreat is painful, it also means taking time alone to contemplate one’s emotion and decide if lleaving is the best route. It could mean literally leaving, changing house, ending a relationship, quitting a job, going on a trip to find yourself, or leaving behind hopes and dreams.

Taurus(April 21- May 21):

When the card Seven of Wands appears in a reading be prepared to take a stand for what you believe in. There are big forces at work against you. For example, society pressure, stiff competition, perhaps your own lack of faith in yourself. By facing up to this challenge, you will refine your principles, gain courage, develop your character and be ready to achieve mastery.

The card eight of cups says, it is time to face facts and realise that something you wanted to work out is not really working out at all. It is okay. It happens to all of us. The sooner you accept that it is not working, the sooner you can transfer your talent and energy into something that will work. Eight of cups is telling you that you should look elsewhere for success. Bigger and better is prizes wait for you.

Leo (July 23- August 23):

Seven of Cups is a card of choices and fantasies. It means that you have so many choices available to you, that indecision will prevent you from choosing anything. It will also mean that you have your head in the clouds. Dreaming of ‘all that could be’ is keeping you from focusing on ‘here and now’ and making any progress. If you have a lot of structural stagnation in your life, this card could indicate the need to shake things up in order to recognize alternate paths you could take. Seven of cups also represents altered states of consciousness like dreaming and visualisation.

Virgo (August 24- September 22):

This card could represent a person you know or will encounter or some aspect of yourself that is present. King of Cups is an emotionally mature person, is able to observe his emotions and respond in wise ways to them. He is a wonderful councellor and advisor. He is a careful, empathetic and understanding listener. He gives good advice and makes a wonderful mediator. He is imaginative and able to channel his emotions in creative ways. He loves arts and beautiful things. He may seem emotionally detatched but that’s only because he’s calm and mature, not because he does not care.

Libra (September 23- October 23):

This card could represent a person you know or encounter or some aspect of yourself. The king of sword is a mastermind. He has a mature, calm and analytical intellect which he uses in pursuit of truth and justice. He is a direct communicator and absolute professional. His decisions are based on careful thought. He knows who he is and he is committed to his own truth. He will not bend to peer pressure or societal norms. He is assertive and can even be aggressive in the pursuit of justice.

Scorpio (October 24- November 22):

When this card shows up it is likely that you are being plagued by worry, anxiety, and fear. You may be having nightmares or trouble sleeping because of all the thoughts racing through your mind. You may be feeling ill and worried about your health. Sometimes when we don’t deal with a situation in the day, it haunts us by night. Worrying is pointless unless it drives us to do something about the troublesome situation. This card advises you to start confronting your worries and fears. Start taking steps to solve your problems. Talk to someone about what’s on your mind. Start taking better care of your health.

Sagittarius (November 23- December 21):

Temperance is a card of integration and finding balance. Now is the time of adjustment. Two or more things are coming together to create something new. You may be integrating your life with someone else’s. Integrating your work and home life or integrating spirituality into your everyday life. Whatever project you’re working on be sure to change a little then step back and assess the results, like a scientist changes just one variable at a time and then sees what happens. Find your balance before moving forward. Use your emotions and be practical too. In a situation with another person, compromise will be necessary.

Capricorn( December 22- January 20):

This card can represent an opportunity for your real concrete growth. It can be the beginning of a new project. A chance to improve your health, a gift that you can use for further gain, money that you can invest in your future, a new job opportunity, a chance for promotion or even a good time to start a garden or begin improving your home. This is a time to strengthen your roots to ground and centre your body. To begin building the foundation for the future. This card may be telling you to spend time in nature, you will find fresh inspiration there.

This card depicts a grateful and joyous family. When it shows up in a reading you have enough happiness to share with those around you. Emotional connection and home life are blessed. Take this time to be grateful for all the love and happiness you have in your life. This card can also be a warning that your ideas about relationships are based on fairy tale endings instead of thinking that you will never have happily ever after. Take some time to focus all you do have.

Pisces(February 19- March 20):

It is a card of drastic change, release, and review. Your current phase of life is coming to an end. Now is the time to look objectively and what has come before? In which ways did you succeed? Where did you fail? What big lessons have you learned? Life cannot stay as it is. Change is inevitable. You will benefit now by being accountable for your choices and behaviour. Be honest with yourself. Tune in to your higher calling to learn where you go next. Pay attention to the big ideas that you have now. There are not just impossible dreams.
