If you are looking for something like a nice hobby, learning to play an instrument or anything creative is super satisfying.

I try to take a pen and paper and do random doodles. Helps me calm nerves. You should try it too!

@umaima one needs to be creative enough to try out drawing, to calm our nerves. Otherwise, the drawing itself will get on our nerves. ðŸ˜‚😂
