Struggling with insomnia, looking for advice.

I've been trying to sleep early or on time for a few months now and I just cannot sleep. What do you do to sleep on time?

Listening to music a few minutes before going to bed can have a calming event, though don't listen to rock music, or the remaining sleep will also fly away! 😃

Can try out counting numbers, backwards. Helps a lot to prevent distractions. Also, can try out a 3 min focus-meditation before sleeping and increase the time gradually.

There are Few yoga asanas you must try to get rid of insomnia
1.Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana)
2.Child Pose (Shishuasana)
3.Legs Up The Wall Pose (Viparita Karani)
