Troubled by the long working hours? Or maybe the indefinite timelines for project completion is giving you stress? Or even some colleague is proving to be difficult to work with!
Feel free to rant out all your work related woes here! Shhhh! We wont tell anyone!
It will not only help you find some relief sharing it with fellow ladies but maybe even some of our lovely ladies here could provide you with a nice solution?
So let the woes go away!

I think if you enjoy what you do then there will be no woes, if you have woes, change your job!

One would need to see where the problem lies. Are your woes because of you - lack of passion, inability to stay focused, meet deadlines & difficulty working with colleagues or if the problem lies with your workplace. Once you know the root cause, you can take a better decision. Be it working on yourself or finding another job or finding something you love doing. Also some people do not enjoy working with others or under other people. If that's the case then maybe you can become a freelancer or start something of your own!
