Hi ladies,
Witnessing a sudden growth in the number of 'work from home' jobs was never expected, but the new normal brought with it a new work culture. Some people debate that the productivity has also gone down due to work from home while others may argue that it has rather gone up.  Now, what's your take on it? Are you preferring the comfort of working from your home or are you missing going to office? If given a choice, what would you prefer?

For me flexibility matters, work should be task and productivity-oriented and not time-based. And if that can be managed then I would love to have a blended culture. Freedom to work either way, based on requirements to collaborate and managing personal timings.

I would definitely prefer Work from home , because being a student and doing an online business helps me support my family which provides me a sigh of relief and satisfaction.
