  11. 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
  12. ½ teaspoon sugar
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, and salt.
