Scrumptious and Healthy Vegetable Soup Recipe

Who doesn't like good soup? But what if we tell you that a soup can be full of veggies yet super delicious! Follow this recipe to make this bowl of yummy goodness!
Vegetable Soup Ingredients
White onion
Cabbage
Orange carrot
Green capsicum
Red capsicum
Yellow capsicum
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Mushroom
Spring onion
Ginger garlic paste
Salt and pepper as per taste
Recipe
1.Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste till light brown.
2. Add onions and saute till little browning comes.
3. Add all the vegetables and add salt and pepper as per taste.
4. Saute a little till the colours of the vegetables change a bit.
5. Add water and cover and cook for 20 min.
6. Soup can be garnished with spring onion greens and a pinch of Italian herb mix
