1) Catch Some Z’s When Baby Sleeps:

Sleep deprivation is real, and it can take a toll on your physical and mental well-being. So, when your little munchkin finally dozes off, forget about the dishes or laundry for a while and catch up on some much-needed shut-eye. Those chores can wait.

2) Nourish Your Body: 

As a new mom, it’s easy to forget about your own nutritional needs while catering to your baby’s demands. But remember, your body needs fuel to keep up with the demands of motherhood. So, make sure you’re eating balanced meals and staying hydrated. And hey, don’t forget to sneak in some healthy snacks during those midnight feeding sessions!

3) Embrace Your Postpartum Body
