Don't forget to take your prenatal vitamins, which provide essential nutrients like folic acid and iron. Incorporate plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains into your meals to ensure you and your baby are getting the right nourishment.

3) Hydration during pregnancy

Proper hydration is crucial during pregnancy, as it helps maintain amniotic fluid levels and supports your increasing blood volume.
