Navratri, a vibrant and joyous festival celebrated across India, is not just about dancing to the rhythmic beats of Garba and Dandiya but also a time for spiritual reflection and fasting. Many devotees observe fasts during this auspicious period, refraining from consuming grains, meat, and certain other foods. Fasting during Navratri is not just a religious practice but also a way to detoxify the body and gain mental and physical strength. 

To keep your energy levels high during these nine days, it's essential to choose your foods wisely. In this blog, we will explore five foods that will help you stay energetic during Navratri fasts.

1) Milk and Dairy Products
