Ingredients:

  1. 3 medium-sized potatoes

  7. Mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  8. 2 tablespoons of maida
  9. 2 tablespoons of corn flour

Instructions:

Step 1: Boil and Mash Potatoes

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Boil the potato cubes until they are fork-tender.
  3. Mash the boiled potatoes using a fork or potato masher until smooth.

Step 2: Prepare the Mixture

  1. Add the mashed potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 table spoon of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and salt to the mashed potatoes.
  3. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until a dough-like consistency is achieved.

  1. Take a small portion of the potato mixture in your hand and flatten it.
  2. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the centre and enclose the cheese with the potato mixture, forming a ball. Ensure the cheese is completely covered.

  1. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of maida and 2 tablespoons of corn flour with a little water to make a thin batter.
